Steve,
Way back when we used to live in Cambridge, MA, my husband and I loved the clam chowder from Turner Fisheries. I’m wondering if it’s still just as yummy…we haven’t found anything remotely close to it here in Silicon Valley.
Thanks for the latest scoop into real estate world. This site has been immensely helpful as we are currently in the process of closing our new home in Palo Alto and selling our current home in Mountain View, CA.

Oops, I meant to write 10 things about myself in my last comment…so here goes….

1. My Grandfather was the first POW for the United States in World War II
2. I speak Italian, but my genes are not Italian
3. Tom Brady (the football player - quarterback for the Patriots) is my cousin.
4. When I was growing up, I wanted to be a (Catholic) priest (I’m female).
5. One of my hobbies involves haunted houses & haunted real estate.
6. I am an ordained minister and have presided over several marriages.
7. I won a writing contest as a teenager, “What the Bicentennial Means to Me” in 1976.
8. I have co-authored a book on selling homes.
9. I travelled through Nazareth (in Israel) on the back of a donkey.
10. My mother was a Realtor for 40 years and I swore I’d never go into this business.

Hey, you did the native pronunciation! Those cockroaches take more than one hit with a hard-soled boot to kill — and the clapping sound they make when they fly at you scares the heck out of me. I think they have a training manual that says to always aim for the head when they fly.

Thanks, the brain surgery one is true too! Not being able to hear or keep your balance for months on end makes you very appreciative when you get those skills back.

My best guess is that you didn’t have brain surgery?? Your brain seems to work pretty darned well to me :)

Three degrees, honorable service, you’re a guitar hero and piano man to boot? And you’re an under-achiever? I’m assuming you don’t really sell flowers on eBay, so you’ve also written a full-length novel?

Getting into the tough-love segment of this program… it seems like you should be extraordinarily happy with what you’ve accomplished. :-)

Grass is greener right? Sure, I did go to a fancy school. I really wanted to be a pitcher for the Cubs growing up… The point is I did what I could with what I had and it sounds like you’ve done some amazing things too.

I think everyone has done great things, it’s just tough to appreciate when it feels like those things are easy to you.
