Wang is an American-Born, native English speaker and fluent in Mandarin Chinese. He is also a second generation real estate practitioner (having been raised by Chinese parents who earned a living in residential and commercial real estate) and has been actively involved in managing, selling, and buying residential real estate in the Silicon Valley Bay Area since 1999. Wang is currently the founder and principal broker of Rainmaker Properties, a boutique referral-based residential real estate brokerage located in Palo Alto, California, which in 2009 was ranked one of the ‘Top 24 Residential Real Estate Firms” in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Wang also currently serves as the founding Vice President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
Wang’s American-born Chinese or “ABC” background has helped him better understand and serve his clients who come from various backgrounds and cultures looking to buy or sell real estate in Silicon Valley. Wang’s team has served hundreds of families in selling all types of property (condos, townhouses, planned unit developments, single family homes, vacant land, and multi-residential) and they look forward in continuing to cultivate relationships with clients while serving the local community.
Living a well-balanced life is something that is very important to Wang. His servant-style attitude comes from a realization that being a real estate agent, practitioner, and professional means a lot more than just selling homes. Actively applying relationship-based principles to all circles of his life and having the willingness to share his own personal experiences with faith has given Alex a renewed spirituality that has helped translate to serving his clients.
