I spent couple of days there in a hotel downtown, and it was great. I recommend the location. I think we have you beat though. One of the developers named their community after the elven cities in Lord of the Rings. So you can live in middle Earth! The sales office is located on Mirkwood in Rivendell. Sadly, they didn't recreate the great forest so it loses a lot with the desert landscaping. So you can have french living in California.
