My friend's wife got a parking ticket on a college campus she didn't even attend and it ended up in collection.  There went her credit rating when it came time to buy!  She fixed it, but it was definitely a shock.</description>

					<description>Nice article Steve. However the incidents you described are rare and does not happen to most people. Though late payment is definitely common. No matter how careful you are, sometimes you just might forget it.</description>
