I find it especially fun to work with couples who think they&#039;re on the same page, really aren&#039;t, and finally getting them to compromise on their home.  After all, life is a compromise and buying a home is always one and I don&#039;t care what price that property is, it is always a compromise on something.  I, too, have had clients who must live in the best school district when they have an infant in their arms and most likely won&#039;t own that home when he starts school.  It&#039;s so hard to get them to understand how unimportant that is at that stage of their lives.  Some day.....</description>
