Hi Jane, I'm glad I could help you feel better. I know it's been tough up in the Sacramento market but it's fortunate you have time to decide what you're going to do. A lot of people who listened to infomercials looked to flip homes quickly and got into trouble.

This article 'Emotions in Real estate' is very consoling to me. I do not live in Silicon Valley, I live in Roseville City, near Sacramento where the housing market is down to the extent I have received a property tax relief from the assessor. I need to move out of this country in 2009 & I am looking for every bit of hope to get back what I put in this house. Any article I read online was very discouraging to me except this one. I assume attitude is everything afterall. Thanks!
