Thanks Ceandy for the post. I’m assuming that the term capped means that the homes in that neighborhood don’t go for above a certain price. It’s hard for me to tell given your market. I do know of an agent near Euless that I could refer you to if you’d like.

Hi, I’ve been trying to sell a home in Euless, Tx. Every agent I’ve hired, immediately tells me I must lower the price $20,000 less! As of last week there were no homes for sale in the neighborhood.
TODAY 2 homes are listed for 169,900, they are 1400 sq ft and owned by Real Estate agents. But my home (many updates) must sell at $166,000 or it won’t sell and it is 2000 sq ft. What is this called?
And they tell me this neighborhood is capped. What does that mean? Capped?

Transparent Real Estate.

Isn’t it a great concept. Too many real estate agents like to believe that they still hold the keys, rather than opening the door to consumers and allowing them to look around.
