Okay, this is a blog about Silicon Valley but New Orleans is a city dear to my heart because I grew up there. And even 17 months after Hurricane Katrina, they're still trying to rebuild infrastructure.
CNN.com's article Struggling New Orleans Schools Are Having Trouble Finding Teachers details one of the infrastructure problems they have. Now, they're looking for teachers: people who are on a mission to save a city.
By the way, Mardi Gras is coming up on February 20 this year and New Orleans wants to show that it can still throw the best party on the planet with one arm tied behind its back! You won't be disappointed…
