The leasing office is terrible on customer service, they treat you like a rent check, and they aren't very good at fullfilling requests. They are absolutely terrible. I can't wait to move out and I've already saved several people from renting here. To be forewarned is to be forearmed I like what Santana Row has to offer, but PLEASE DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE.
