Hi Derek, thanks much for the feedback, I do have articles on the long side. This one could easily be three or four posts, but part of the information lays in the story that pulls them together. I’ve been thinking about the issue for a while and linking just doesn’t bind the content together as well as I’d hoped.

This is a good article but a bit too long for me. Perhaps it would be better if you could have broken it into segments, etc.

I like the way you made everything easy to read and follow along through. We need more consumer related articles in the real estate blogosphere rather than real estate agents writing about blogging to other real estate agents all the time.

What a great article. Knowledge is and has always been the key to empowerment. As you stated as long as the Home Buyer and Seller are prepared, the stress level is eased and it is our job to make sure that we provide that for our clients.
