Hi Derek, thanks much for the feedback, I do have articles on the long side.  This one could easily be three or four posts, but part of the information lays in the story that pulls them together.  I've been thinking about the issue for a while and linking just doesn't bind the content together as well as I'd hoped.</description>

I like the way you made everything easy to read and follow along through. We need more consumer related articles in the real estate blogosphere rather than real estate agents writing about blogging to other real estate agents all the time.</description>
